Training Description
Information & Information Technology Strategic Planning
The effective use of information and technology (IT) is critical to
the success of commercial and public organisations. Organisations
need to invest wisely in information, applications and technology in
support of their overall business strategy. This can be achieved by
developing a strategic plan for the use and management of IT, based on
an organisation’s business strategy.
Penggunaan efektif dari teknologi dan informasi(TI) sangatlah penting
untuk keberhasilan organisasi komersial maupun publik. Organisasi
perlu berinvestasi secara bijaksana dalam informasi, aplikasi dan
teknologi agar bisa mendukung strategi bisnis mereka secara
keseluruhan. Hal ini dapat dicapai melalui pengembangan Rencana
Strategis Penggunaan Dan Pengelolaan TI, yang berdasarkan pada
strategi bisnis organisasi.
An Information and Information Technology Strategic Plan will help an
organisation maximise the effectiveness of IT, minimise the risk
associated with IT initiatives, increase system integration and
flexibility, gain competitive advantage through the use of IT, and set
a clear direction for the ongoing implementation and management of IT.
Selain itu Rencana Strategik TI akan membantu organisasi memaksimal
efektifitas TI, , meminimalkan risiko yang terkait dengan inisiatif
TI, meningkatkan integrasi sistem dan fleksibilitas, memperoleh
keunggulan kompetitif melalui penggunaan TI, dan menetapkan arah yang
jelas bagi pelaksanaan dan manajemen TI berkelanjutan..
Pelatihan 2 hari ini secara to the point akan membahas bagaimana cara
efektif menyusun dokumen penting “it strategic plan”, dan para peserta
akan diberikan contoh beserta IT Strategic Planning Toolkit sehingga
mampu dan memahami dengan komprehensif bagaimana penyusunan dokumen
Rencana Strategik TI (IT Strategic Plan) dalam sesi studi kasus per
group.

Project Management (PM)/ITPM, Software Business Analysis (SBA),
Systems Analysis and Design (SAD), Software Quality Assurance (SQA),
Software Testing Professional (STP), IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL
), Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP).
Memiliki pengalaman lebih dari 15 tahun di bidang IT, Management and
Business. Beliau Mengelola Proyek berskala Nasional dan International.
Memberikan jasa konsultansi di bidang Project Management dan IT
Pr0ject Management, Enterprise Project Management using Project Server
2003/2007/2010, Pelatihan dan Konsultansi Implementasi Balanced
Scorecard, dan IT Management consulting. Beliau merupakan salah satu
pendesain software Balanced Scorecard MBRIO yang telah digunakan
beberapa perusahaan swasta berskala UKM.
Beliau berpengalaman lebih dari 10 tahun memberikan pelatihan baik
public maupun in-house dan Coaching untuk bidang IT Management
